Use current understanding of production process, machines and materials. Determines workforce qualifications for department and assists with the hiring process. Direct and coordinate employee activities to achieve plant goals while maximizing production. Maintain a continuous review of schedules, methods, standards to ensure efficient operation while meeting plant goals. Strong support of continuous improvement projects and leader in transformational activities.
