URGENT: Mechanic Wanted - Replacing Starter - (Georgetown, KY)

I have a 2008 Ford Econonline 150 that I believe has a bad starter. I have tried to jump the battery with no luck. All lights and radio are working but will not turn over and doesn't sound like it's even trying
