Road Supervisor/Field Training Supervisor Due to new Customer Partnerships we are growing and expanding our business and as a result, we are looking for new talent to join our team! GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES: The Road Supervisor oversees customer deliveries by supervising the Drivers making deliveries to customers. This role assists management with Driver responsibilities related to ELD logs, routing requirements, and complying with company policies and procedures. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversees the work of Drivers and regularly evaluates Driver performance, productivity, and procedure compliance through coaching and counseling. Acts as a backup to appropriate road and office personnel to ensure proper staffing levels and productivity. Participates in efforts to reduce delivery shorts Communicates with Sales & customer Service departments to address and resolve customer issues Performs road tests on Drivers and conducts Driver ride-alongs when appropriate.
