Cash Application Specialist - (Fort Lauderdale, FL)

Randstad Professionals is currently seeking a Cash Application Specialist for a stable company in Sunrise, FL. This person must be able to work well in a high energy environment, work unaided as well as work well in a team. Assignments include: Expertise to proficiently handle all aspects of the accounts receivable process which includes: reviewing and processing payments and various types of client account adjustments, processing audits and refunds. Expertise to research and respond quickly and efficiently to client and office inquiries. Posting of cash receipts following established procedures. Process audit requests from clients. Perform duties of filing, scanning, pulling backup and keying payments to invoices. Investigate and resolve accounts receivable inquiries as well as monitor department email. Communicating with internal and external customers via phone, email, mail or personally.
