Production Supervisor 3rd Shift - (Maize, KS)

Summary: The production supervisor directs the activities of a manufacturing department. This position ensures all production schedules, quality standards and plant goals are communicated and met while being responsible for the safety of all employees within the department. Assists in the hiring process and is responsible for succession planning within the department. We are looking for a strong applicant with potential to advance beyond this role into positions such as Transformation Site Lead or Plant Superintendent.
