Financial Management Team Member - Charlotte - (Charlotte, NC)

Responsibilities: Respond to Board of Directors (BOD) needs via email, telephone or written communicationin a timely manner Expertise to review, interpret and ensure compliance with HOA documentation Complete condo questionnaires and resale certificates Complete understanding of all accounting aspects i.e. AR, AP, closings, collections ** $17.00 per hour (must meet min requirements) **Full time. Requirements: Competencies: Communicate well with fellow employees and comfortable working as part of a team. Demonstrate excellent customer service skills and generally enjoy working with a diverse clientele Demonstrate the expertise to independently manage workload, set priorities, meet deadlines, work under pressure and adjust to change. Demonstrate integrity and strong character Education and Training: Associates Degree required five years or more of Accounting background required Detailed GL background required Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable background required
