Maintenance Manager - (Middlebury, IN)

Culver Duck Farms, Inc. is looking for a Maintenance Manager to direct and lead our Maintenance Department with a staff of twelve Teammates. The applicant will need to have at least ten years of proven background in a manufacturing environment. Below is an outline of the position qualifications.Oversees the inspection, repairs, installations, modifications, and overall maintenance of complex's electronic systems, plumbing, HVAC and equipment. Oversees the repairs, construction, maintenance and mechanical equipment, machinery, and components for proper use and fitness for applications.Oversees repairs and maintenance of physical structures, as needed.Working with Production Manager to ensure plant equipment is running and operating with safety and efficiency always on the mind and to prevent any unnecessary down-time due to mechanical failure.
