$17.00/hr to start. Higher pay based on background Full-time - five days Must work weekends and holidays. Hours: two days a week 12pm - close and three days a week 2pm - close Daily duties will include inventory and ordering, scheduling, personnel management, portion control, food expediting, general cleaning, equipment and facility maintenance, organization of prep lists, daily prep for lunch and dinner service as well as other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
