POSITION DETAILS Responsible for managing the administration of all plant safety and security programs and processes; takes action to ensure compliance with company programs and policies as well as federal, state and local regulations; recommends opportunities for improvement and implements changes as approved; prepares and executes annual plant safety and security initiatives. MAJOR JOB QUALIFICATIONS (i.e., Policies, procedures, goals, etc. for which you are responsible.) * Develop, manage, communicate, and monitor the annual safety and security program so that established objectives are achieved. Make mid-year adjustments or recommendations when variances are identified. * Develop facilitys safety and security performance standards and implement as approved; provide tools and methods to facility management to help the facility achieve established standards.
