JOB PURPOSE: This position develops and maintains world-classCustomer Interaction Center solutions by managing teams comprised of digitalresources, marketing resources, business resources, and others. These solutionswill be developed for multiple lines of business which may include MarketingLead Generation, Social Media Care, Dealer Marketing Support, Home Power Support, Cat Connect Support and others. POSITION DUTIES: The Business Development - Project Coordinatoris accountable for ensuring successful completion of projects, on-time, withinbudget, and error-free. The foremost responsibility of the Business Development - Project Coordinator is to move from being an individual contributor to managing theplanning and execution of project teammates. The incumbent will beresponsible for managing the project charter, communications, metrics,reporting, and the overall project plan and budget.
