Assistant Project Engineer II (50023157) - (White Plains, NY)

The Assistant Project Engineer II specialty supports the Energy Efficiency Department in achieving the Business Units goals to improve energy efficiency and stimulate new energy technologies in New York State through physical projects. The Project Engineer II works with customers to develop multiple end use projects incorporating energy efficiency measures to reduce the customers energy consumption. * Represent NYPA at town, school board, city, state, and other official meetings to promote participation in the Energy Services Programs including development and delivery of presentations outlining the program offerings. * Represent NYPA at customer meetings, design meetings, contractor walk through, and presentations to customers. May be required to prepare meeting minutes and distribute within a week of meetings. * Prepare engineering calculations, estimates, and cost analyses for feasibility/audit reports.
