CAD Package Layout Design Engineer Supervisor - (Boise, ID)

Required. ID: 92195 As a CAD Package Layout Designer at Micron Technology, you will work with multiple design teams to create various package design drawings and documents. Some of the major drawings are: circuit board layouts for semiconductor memory devices, electrical wire connection diagrams, and memory device package outline drawings. You will be required to research design rules and industry drafting standards to maintain global consistency and accuracy of design drawings. Other assignments include working with semiconductor package designers to perform design feasibility studies and provide written reports of findings; communicate with customers to resolve manufacturing issues; review, investigate, and approve requests for design changes; and work with software companies to resolve issues and implement required upgrades.
