Insurance/Regulatory Junior Attorney - (Nashville, TN)

Counsel On Call currently seeks a junior attorney with insurance/regulatory background to assist a busy corporate legal department. This is a full time contract position that could last for as long as 1yr. The insurance/regulatory attorney may work remotely. Responsibilities include the following: * Identify and interpret insurance laws and regulations applicable to business operations * Assist lead attorneys with mapping laws and regulations to business processes * Expertise to interact effectively with all levels of business management * Project management and coordination Qualifications: * At least 3 yrs of background with life insurance/annuity products and personal lines insurance regulation * Solid project or process managerial experience * Background in Lexis and Microsoft office suite, especially Microsoft excel * Expertise to work remotely Qualified candidates should submit resumes to XXXX@counseloncall.com.
