Procurement Coordinator - (Atlanta, GA)
A Fortune 100 organization located in the downtown area is looking for a Procurement Coordinator for a 1 yr, part-time (25 hours a week), contract position. Procurement Coordinator Position description: The Procurement Coordinator is responsible for managing the purchase to pay process. Creation and management of purchase orders supporting a marketing function. Procurement Coordinator Role Responsibilities: - 3+ years' background in procurement including background working with suppliers, accounts payable and managing the life cycle of multiple purchase orders (from PO creation to Goods Receipt to paying the suppliers invoice) - Reconcile past due supplier invoices and work with Accounts Payable to resolve Requirements: - Individual will be responsible for creating purchase orders in SAP and following up with suppliers to ensure equipment arrived timely - Ensure all purchase orders are closed out timely and prepare certain reports and ad hoc requests as deemed by the marketing department
