Business Development Manager - (Orlando, FL)

MIN REQUIREMENTS * At least two years of outside sales background, with a min of one years background in field sales * Hotel sales background (particularly in the extended stay niche) is preferred but not required * Must be proactive and knowledgeable of creative sales tactics and strategies to drive appropriate business to fulfill the hotels need dates, seasonality, patterns, or strategic objectives * Must be self-motivated with strong time organizational skills and keen abilities to set and achieve priorities * Must have expertise to cultivate and grow strong relationships * Strong analytical abilities, expertise to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously, function well under pressure, delegate effectively, and expertise to remain positive and constructive under stress * Good verbal and written correspondence , effective listening and presentation skills.
