Retail Business Development Officer - (Jacksonville, FL)

The ideal Retail Business Development Officer will Model the Way and Lead by Example and will have interaction with all levels of bank employees, to include senior management. This position also has contact with existing customers, as well as prospects and business leaders within the community. The Retail BDO achieves sales goals by individual production in conjunction with multiple branch offices. Supports individual contribution strategies for implementation of sales, service, and profitability goals. Establishes new banking relationships through personal involvement with sales initiatives, community activities, and general business contacts. Individually produces as well as partners with other lines of business to meet sales, service and profit goals. Understands and supports branch compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
