Commercial Property Manager Job - (Irvine, CA)

POSITION PROFILE Responsible for directing the provision of property management and facility services which ensure the safety, security and convenience of facility occupants and guests, while also ensuring the cost-effective operation of specific RICOH facilities. POSITION QUALIFICATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES ? Encourages and builds positive relationships with company personnel, customer personnel, external vendors, sub-tenant organizations and their management using good communication abilities to ensure optimal service delivery. ? Plans, coordinates and executes facility moves and associated relocations of customer and sub-tenant personnel. Works with IT to ensure that the installation and set up of computing and telecommunication equipment occurs in conjunction with internal moves. ? Directs the daily property management / facility operations. ? Provides 24/7 emergency operational and security coverage to respond to customer and sub-tenant needs.
