Project Superintendent Job - (Fremont, CA)

We have a great opportunity for a Superintendent to join our development group in the Bay Area. We are developing a brand new luxury apartment community in Fremont. It is located within the Warm Springs Innovation District- a transit oriented, urban and high density mixed-used planned community. Our project consists of 422 units with retail space, five story wrap building with a pop-up parking garage. We are looking for applicants with prior background in Multifamily New Construction and overseeing the field construction activities on at least 300+ units within the Bay Area. The Superintendent oversees the daily construction activities at work site, including scheduling of workers, delivery of equipment and materials, and progress of the project. Works with contractors to complete project within the given budget and timeframe. Resolves contract disputes and arranges any necessary order changes. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
