Budget and Transition Coordinator Job - (San Diego, CA)
Background: Applicant should have at least 2 yrs of corporate multifamily real estate background or 2yrs of on-site property management experience Skills, Knowledge & Abilities: Communicate effectively and possess strong business written correspondence skills Proficient in Microsoft office suite applications Familiarity with Yardi Effective organization and time management expertise Expertise to work unaided and with minimal supervision Basic knowledge of bookkeeping/accounting principles Expertise to analyze data and generate relevant reports Industry knowledge of multi-family housing Essential Duties: Budgets : Assist with developing supporting materials for budget workshops/webinars. Conduct and provide follow-up support for training workshops/webinars. Assist with the maintenance of the budget schedule ensuring compliance with deadlines. Correct formula errors, run models and modify budget template as necessary. Assist with preparation for various budget review meetings.
