Sales Incentive Program Analyst - (Davenport, IA)

Job overview Arconic is currently in search of a Sales Incentive Program Analyst to join our Global Rolled Products (GRP) HQ business unit in Davenport, IA. Arconics Global Rolled Products (GRP) Business Unit is a leading supplier of aluminum plate and sheet. The Business Unit is comprised of several manufacturing facilities and sales offices in North America, Europe, and Asia. This position is a key role within the Inside Sales organization that will require the individual to facilitate managing the tactical aspects of the sales incentive program along with aligning targets and ensuring accuracy of info flow. The person in this role will directly impact accuracy of the pay calculations for sales incentive eligible employees in addition to ensuring alignment of targets with the financial organization.
