Process Engineering Manager - (Kansas City, KS)

Overview This individual will lead a group of Process Engineers based at various manufacturing facilities which will validate, develop, maintain and support battery manufacturing processes. They will also introduce and maintain process control, lead process innovation and process enhancements to assure high-quality and cost effective products. Individual will supervise teammates within the process group; lead assigned individuals within scope of defined programs or projects. Support in the development of department budgets & supervisory control over expenditures. Provide talent development & selection and define and manage resource requirements. The position will be located in either Columbus, GA, Salina, KS or Kansas City.
