Coloplast has an opportunity for an Engineering Manager to join our growing team at our Mankato, Minnesota facility. Assignments include * Manage Maintenance, Engineering, and Continuous Improvement activities * Lead continuous and process improvement project activities using 6 Sigma and Lean Manufacturing principles * Write capital expenditure proposals and provide capital project management * Ensure effective use of Computerized Maintenance Management Software system * Collaborate closely with Value Stream management (operations, quality assurance, environmental health and safety) to develop projects to increase plant efficiencies and cost savings * Hire, train, and allocate staff resources appropriately to ensure a cohesive team * Identifies and Budget management and other duties may be assigned * Justifies opportunities for implementing new equipment upgrades and process improvements * Performs statistical analysis (DOE) with trial data and report results in a technical report and write protocols and
