The role consults with an assigned group of Owner/Operators to deliver QSC superiority and improved customer background, in order to maximize sales, guest counts, and cash flow. A successful Consultant will consistently demonstrate McDonalds values and leadership behaviors that include the expertise to act independently, multi-task and manage multiple projects and priorities that build positive business relationships with key stakeholders including Owner/Operators, Field Operations Managers, Corporate Operations Manager and Supervisors, and Functional Partners for the primary goals of delivering a great customer background. The role will report to a Field Operations Manager. This role is based in Long Beach, CA.
