Manager I Quality Assurance Own Brand (GM, Drug, and Beauty) - (Balcones Heights, TX)

Position summary: Manage the safety and quality of Own Brand products sold atH-E-B. EssentialFunctions / Process Assignments include the following; other duties may beassigned as necessary * -Responsible owner for ensuringsuccessful design and execution of the QA Direct Import Program for Non FoodOwn Brand and Direct Import Products (Direct Import GM/Drugstore products) * -Responsible for the safety andquality of Nonfood Direct Import General Merchandise and Drugstore products;including coordinating and monitoring QA activities in the U.S., Asia, Europe,South America and Central America. * -Manage Quality Assurancesstrategic business plan for Nonfood categories; including development andmaintenance of the H-E-B Nonfood Product Safety and Quality Standard, settingkey work initiatives and working with team to set and accomplish annual goalsfor process improvement, supplier and product development.
