Quality Manager - (Costa Mesa, CA)

Quality Manager job in Costa Mesa, California is currently available through Belcan. As a member of the Leadership Team you will be responsible for providing leadership, planning and coordination of activities of the Quality organization in support of our clients business objectives; supporting the deployment of CIF (Continuous Improvement Framework) throughout all quality functions including metric deployment, high performing work teams, tiered meetings and issue solving. To qualify for this position, you will have Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Leads team in the development and management of stable quality and manufacturing processes that are safe, efficient, and environmentally responsible by utilizing AS9100C, EQS, ELSS, MESH and other Eaton and industry best practices. Responsible for data integrity and process conformance to AS9100C, FAA, regulatory, and customer qualifications. Implements methods and practices to reduce variation, with a goal of attaining 6 Sigma quality levels.
