Position description: You can be confident that as an Owner Operator for Forward Air's TLX division, you will be partnering with a top truckload carrier, offering best in class consistency, stability, and profitability to our O/O fleet. Compensation: • Top performing team contractors are averaging $8,040 per week, or $418,080 per year in revenue. • Earning potential of $1.29 / loaded mile + FSC & $1.02 / empty mile + FSC to start…that's a min of $371,900 per year based on average miles. • Tenure Program allows for yearly base rate increases up to five cents additional per mile • $3,000 Sign-On Bonus *Earning potential is based off of an estimated 5,000 mis per week, and includes $0.02 for hazmat endorsement and $0.02 for truck five years or newer.
