Repair & Maintenance Technician - (Redfield, SD)

The key to this position is to perform priority repairs and maintenance in a timely and efficient manner. Complete scheduled projects by the timeline and quality standards of the company. Effectively work with production, repair, and maintenance staff to maximize quality of work and productivity of the department. Duties: Perform scheduled repairs and equipment upkeep according to company and producer standards of high-quality and cost containment Complete required documentation for repair orders, parts, and materials procurement, and customer communication Identify and implement improved equipment opportunities Repair and maintain all company and producer assets to the highest expectations Participate and contribute to the improvement process Work with other organizational departments with a high-level of professionalism Vendor and subcontractor relations and communication Requirements: 2+ years of varied maintenance background and/or a two-year degree.
