Aerospace- Saw Operator (2nd Shift Monday-Friday 3:30am-12:00am) - (Auburn, WA)

POSITION DETAILS Identify and pull correct material identified on a manufacturing order, set up saw to proper dimension specified on manufacturing work order, saw material, deliver finished material to other work areas, and complete detailed work order. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES Responsible for cutting, shaping, and fitting of metal parts according to tolerances. Make standard shop computations relating to dimensions of work and tooling. Read and interpret blueprints. Read work orders or production schedules to determine specifications, such as materials to be used, locations of cutting lines, or dimensions and tolerances. Measure completed work using tape measure, calipers, steel ruler, and templates. Saw material to meet first article inspection requirements. Clean and lubricate machines. Develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with others and maintain them over time. Identify opportunities for process improvement and increased efficiency.
