Call Center Specialist - (Anchorage, AK)

The Alaska Club, a network of fourteen premier health and fitness clubs, is seeking a Call Center Specialist. The Call Center Specialist will provide excellent customer service in an inbound environment. The idea applicant will be reliable, energetic, dependable and efficient team member with 1-three years of Customer Service background. Call center associate duties may include: Interact with customers to provide details for entire shift Maintain productivity standards High-level of professional customer service Accurately process transactions regarding products and services Accurately record all customer contacts Move fluently through computer system to track, gather details, and/or troubleshoot customer issues Refer unresolved customer issues to designated department or supervisor for resolution Key skills and Background: 1-three years of customer service background Background working with Microsoft office suite Completion of High-school diploma or equivalent
