Seasonal Customer Service Specialist - (Seattle, WA)

Outdoor Resear ch is looking for an energetic, customer focused individual to join the Customer Service team on a seasonal basis from mid September through February . This position reports to the customer service manager and works closely with the customer service lead as well as the rest of the CS team. Customer service specialists handle all consumer and pro purchase phone and email inquiries about products, orders, returns and warranty claims. We focus on doing this in a timely, accurate and professional manner. We pride ourselves on having some of the best customer service around. The ultimate responsibility of the customer service specialist is to deliver an extraordinary background to all of our internal and external customers. REQUIREMENTS: College diploma or equivalent background Strong organizational and issue solving abilities, flexibility and the expertise to work autonomously Familiarity with Outdoor Research Products or with the outdoor industry a plus
