CareFamily Virginia has an immediate opening for the position of Operations Support Specialist. This full time, hourly position provides daily support and assistance to our Regional Supervisor Department, which manages our caregiver and client schedules. Primary job duties include daily outbound and inbound phone support, caregiver shift arrival and departure monitoring, data entry and report generation. Must have excellent customer service skills and be able to communication effectively with clients, caregivers, and office staff.
