Vocational Rehab Specialist - (Kalispell, MT)

The Care Farm Program is seeking to add to our team a flexible and innovative individual who can help to operate and grow our vocational services and regular Care Farm Program. Part-time position, twenty hours per week with the potential for additional hours. In this position, you will join the care Care Farm team in helping to run the vocational programs with the goal of helping people with disabilities to find meaningful work and lasting connections in their community. Additionally you will help with various aspects of program administration as it relates to the day to day operation of the Care Farm Program. Duties of the position include but are not limited to the following: Vocational Support Work: supporting adults and students in work and learn experiences, job seeking, job coaching and on the job supports, including timely and thorough reporting and record keeping consistent with program standards.
