Southern Nuclear Operating Company (SNC), headquartered in Birmingham, AL, operates Southern Companys 6 nuclear reactors at 3 locations in Georgia and Alabama: 2 reactors at Plant Vogtle, near Waynesboro, GA; 2 reactors at Plant Hatch, near Baxley, GA; and 2 reactors at Plant Farley, near Dothan, AL. In addition, construction activities are underway for 2 new reactors at our Plant Vogtle location. MAINTENANCE & TECHNICAL TRAINING MANAGER - PLANT VOGTLE UNITS 1&2 POSITION DESCRIPTION: The Maintenance and Technical Training Manager is responsible for oversight and conduct of the Maintenance, Engineering, Chemistry, and Radiation Protection (RP) training programs at the Vogtle site.
