Compensation Specialist - (Reading, PA)

Job Functions: HR - Benefits/Compensation, HR - Generalist - Job details: As a Penske Compensation Specialist you provide support to the Compensation group in the areas of Salary Administration, Bonus Administration, and Wage Equity Administration. You will also be responsible for Job Evaluations, Surveys and wage analysis, Bonus Administration projects, and drive Pay Delivery assessment with the purpose of making recommendations to modify existing plans or create new programs to meet organization and department objectives. Responsibilities: Compensation System Administration -Use technical knowledge to ensure Compensation Workbench, Manager Self Service, and other compensation databases are accurate, efficiently operating, and updated timely. -Troubleshoot user issues and create solutions for common errors. -Provide daily support for clients. -Collaborate with HR and IT functional groups to create and maintain tools and training.
