Columbia office of our client seeks mid-level attorney with 3-5 yrs of background. The applicant should have background working in a private practice or regulatory setting focused on corporate securities or transactional matters. Background reviewing or drafting offering documents and related operative agreements is a plus. A background in finance and/or accounting are preferred.
