Mid-level Corporate/Mergers and Acquisitions Attorney with experience - (Charlotte, NC)

Charlotte office of our client seeks mid-level corporate/mergers and acquisitions attorney with 4-seven years of background. The applicant will have substantial responsibility for closing mergers and acquisitions and related transactions. Will conduct due diligence reviews. Advise clients on general corporate/entity matters and business matters. Should preferably have background with private equity transactions. Areas of ability should include: Strong mergers and acquisitions background, including drafting, reviewing and negotiating merger agreements, stock purchase agreements, asset purchase agreements, letters of intent and related agreements. Background with private equity transactions is a plus. Background with partnership agreements, joint ventures and limited liability company operating agreements is needed.
