Project Manager - (Santa Ana, CA)

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE * Min of a four-year college diploma with CMP/RPA designation desired. * A min of five years working in real estate with property management; seven to ten years experience desired. * Experienced with Construction related projects * Expertise to review CD and Architectural drawings * Experience developing test fits and space plans * Familiarity with remote project management * Must have knowledge and experience with financial accounting in commercial real estate, financial reporting and budgeting. * Hands-on experience with tenant improvement construction projects preferred; expertise to plan, organize and coordinate multiple projects, expertise to read and understand construction specifications and blueprints. * Min of 2 yrs experience directly supervising and managing a staff including experience in planning and assigning work, performance assessments, training, hiring, discipline, and development. * Strong literacy in Microsoft word and Microsoft excel.
