Quality Analyst OAKLAND COMMUNITY HEALTH NETWORK Quality Analyst Starting Compensation range $51,399 (Annually) General Summary of Position: The Quality Analyst is responsible for the implementation of Quality and Performance Improvement activities in accordance with the mission and strategic goals of OCHN, federal and state laws, regulations, and accreditation standards. This includes the facilitating of improvement teams, report preparation, data analysis, performance monitoring, developing standards, implementing improved processes and systems. The Quality Analyst develops the organizations annual Quality Improvement Plan (i.e., Quality Assessment Annual Performance Improvement Program) and provides education to leadership, staff and providers on content.
