Cenikor is a non-profit organization and 1 of the largest substance abuse treatment centers in the nation. We are currently seeking a Facility Director for our facility in Austin, TX. JOB SUMMARY : The Facility Director manages day-to-day operations at the facility level, assisting the Vice President in providing leadership, direction, and administration of facility operations. Ensures strategic and operational goals and objectives are established and attained in the context of quality and cost effective service to clients. REQUIRED FUNCTIONS Ensure regulatory compliance with federal and state standards as well as Cenikor policies and procedures. Manage staff and facility resources to ensure completion of strategic plan and goals. Prepare and present facility reports for the Vice President. Develop and manage local Advisory Board and quarterly meetings. Cultivate relationships with new and existing supporters of Cenikor through scheduled meetings and events.
