It was founded in 1988 for the business of developing and acquiring Self Storage facilities. Since our founding, SecurCare has built its business to 200+ stores in multiple states. We currently use a variety of operating names, with the majority of our stores being SecurCare Self Storage and Colonial Storage Centers. As the full time Maintenance Person, you will be responsible for assessing and taking care of maintenance items for your assigned facilities while adhering to SecurCare cleanliness and maintenance standards. In addition, you may also be responsible for acquiring bids and overseeing jobs that are out of the scope of the normal Maintenance role.
