We are looking for top talent to run a Sales/Origination Team and grow production.. Applicants should be energetic, hardworking, and a knowledgeable sales leader that can help train, recruit, grow and manage our current and future super star line up of loan originators. What You Will Do Create, Develop and Support the culture of Cardinal Financial. Ensure sales team meets daily, weekly and monthly sales goals. Provide ongoing training and coaching for the sales teammates. Identify learning/performance deficiencies, and perform additional training as necessary. Ensure sales team adheres to corporate policies and procedures. Coach and assist sales team in preparation of pricing proposals and structure loans for prospective consumers. Address, resolve and respond to any consumer concerns related to the sales process or consumer background as it relates to the loan origination process.
