Staffing Now is currently partnering with an Insurance company to hire a Claims Customer Support professional with excellent communication abilities, computer savvy, and good job tenure. Other duties include but not limited to: Providing direct customer support, through phone and email inquiries Providing reports regarding customer inquiries Responding to all Customer Inquiries Submitting all requests for web siteupdates Resolving product and service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution; expediting correction and adjustment; following up to ensure resolution Preparing product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer info We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who works well in a team environment and independently preferably with customer service background.
