Hardware Engineer Asc with Security Clearance - (Fort Worth, TX)

Responsible for Components Engineering efforts in design, development, and evaluation of electrical and mechanical parts including responsibility for evaluating electrical components, industry trends, enabling/emerging technologies, design and construction, quality and reliability, failure modes and mechanisms, manufacturer capabilities and limitations, and industry, government and international standards. Provide technical planning and definition of tools, methodologies, and strategies used in the implementation and integration of electrical components. Support management of diminishing manufacturing sources (DMS) by providing assistance in the selection and use of electrical components (analog and digital) including devices such as microcontrollers, fiber optic transceivers, power management circuits, storage devices, switches and multiplexers, voltage reference devices, to name a few.
