Patient Services Manager 1 - (Brockton, MA)

Provides direction for patient meal services at patient care units to ensure customer satisfaction and retention for the Company. Key Duties - Supervises day-today work activities by delegating authority, assigning, scheduling, and prioritizing activities and monitoring operating standards. - Directs daily operations of patient meal services at patient care units to ensure employees have appropriate equipment, inventory and resources to perform their jobs and meet goals and deadlines. - Establishes operating standards, implements quality improvements and communicates them to employees. - Performs audits and prepares reports The Patient Services Manager will have shared oversight of patient meal service, with operational responsibilities consisting of: menu development, accurate and timely delivery of meals, nourishments, tray accuracy, and increasing 3rd party satisfaction scores. Background with “room service” is beneficial. This position will manages 20-30 employees.
