Mission Systems Flight Instructor with Security Clearance - (Manassas, VA)

Description: RL-E is a 5yr program to design, develop, integrate, test and deliver 9 Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) aircraft to the US Army. The ARL-E Flight Instructor is a member of the training team and will assess training requirements, design curriculum development, validate, and instruction of all ARL-E training materials. This position will report to the local IPT lead, and will provide input and solutions to grow the training team for future requirements. Roles and Responsibilities: - Must have had an active TS/SCI clearance in last 24 mons. - Assist with test and evaluation of MEP systems as part of validation of training - Expertise to obtain TS/SCI withm Poly clearance. - Understanding of aircraft operations with respect to safety of operations, personnel, and equipment. - BA/BS degree and 4yrs' operational background. 4-8 yrs of applicable operational background may be acceptable in lieu of a degree.
