Production Associate Manager - MH-6 - Special Operations Forces with Security - (Richmond, KY)

The Production Manager at SOF GLSS Richmond and Lexington Facilities will be responsible for managing the Little Bird MH-6 program. The successful applicant will manage the production schedules of the program and be responsible for the cost and schedule of the aircraft modification and maintenance. The manager will be responsible for attending program meetings and review, building status charts, reviewing and managing the performance for the area. The manager will drive support functions to the needs of the area and troubleshoot problem areas related to production performance. Basic qualifications - Background in management of multiple programs - Background in hiring and management of employees - Required to travel to Lexington, KY Desired skills Familiarity with the SOF CLSS/GLSS contract * Strong team building skills and expertise to foster cross functional relationships. * Demonstrated expertise to lead a team. * Background working with SOF community. - Background with Customer relations
