As a Property Manager Lead within PNC's Realty Services organization, you will be based in Charlotte, NC.Job Profile Manages major physical properties in an assigned region and drives the performance of properties to achieve the lowest efficient operating expense level. Ensures properties are operating in a code compliant, safe, functional and cost effective manner. Manages vendors and contractors. Prepares and works with the regional property manager to approve annual operating budget and capital/expense project plan for the region. Identifies and executes on opportunities for regional, cross-regional and/or enterprise-wide initiatives or projects.
