Warehouse Supervisor - (Deer Park, TX)

Supervises warehouse employees to optimize service, productivity and quality and minimize expenses; direct, organize, check work and assist manager in scheduling, directing and controlling position duties; ensure warehouse processes are clearly documented, the workplace is safe, employees receive appropriate training, and performance management issues are addressed promptly. Does not have authority to hire, fire, discipline, promote, reassign, determine pay increases, or conduct performance management of employees, however, may provide input on these Human Resources activities.
