Executive: SVP of Investor Relations - Norcross, Georgia - (Norcross, GA)

The SVP of Investor Relations will serve in a leadership capacity and be responsible for developing, implementing and managing a comprehensive, strategic investor relations program on a highly proactive basis in compliance with corporate policies and securities regulations. This program will clearly and effectively communicate the Company’s value creation proposition with investment audiences, all in an effort to favorably position the Company’s shares for max market valuation. In addition, the professional in this position will be accountable for integrating the tone and strategy of all investor relations activities with the Company’s vision and corporate business objectives, including pertinent corporate/brand image, identity, and positioning issues. This professional will also be responsible for monitoring the overall effectiveness of all investor relations programs, as well as for recommending new strategies/programs to broaden shareholder/Wall Street interest.
