Sodexo is seeking an experienced Environmental Services (Operations Manager 2) for Boston Children's Hospital, ranked as the #1 Children's Hospital in the nation ! This is a high profile, Sodexo Prestige account and a 400 bed teaching facility located in Boston, MA. This pediatric hospital has 400 beds and over 3.5 million cleanable square feet. This is a second Shift opportunity (2pm start time) managing a team of 30. Seeking quality of life? The successful applicant will participate in a rotational on call schedule involving rotating weekends and holidays. As this position equates to an Assistant Director level role at a small to mid-size account, overall you will be tasked with leading, developing, and growing a team of employees. Some responsibilities may include (but not limited to) on-going training, quality inspections, compliance, safety, and the implementation of Sodexo policies and procedures.
